This is a very attractive piece, but be aware that it will only work on fairly long, thick hair. The design is such that it does not hold shorter hair back securely.

I have fine, wavy hair and didn't think this clip would work. It does and I love it! It holds my hair comfortably when it's curly. If it's straight, I first use an elastic to secure my hair before putting the barrette around my ponytail. Tigers eye is beautiful with my medium blonde hair.

I loved this barrette! I have a good amount of hair, but it fell off. It said it was for all hair types. I even watched the video. If you have thicker hair, I encourage you to buy it! This barrette is a timeless piece!
