It was good at the beginning
I was looking forward to having this brush as a forever brush. However, it didn't meet expectations because the plastic beads fell off, and I tried to use it as it started to hurt my scalp. Unfortunately, it didn't last even a year. I asked for a replacement from customer service, and they declined because it was a couple of months beyond the year. From what I paid, I expected this brush to last more than it did. Mind you, it is not a cheap brush. Save your money and get something more durable.
