Care instructions are listed in the Care + Maintenance accordion in the buy area. As a general rule, keep MACHETE pieces away from harsh chemicals and store them dry.
All MACHETE pieces are backed by our 1-year craftsmanship warranty against manufacturing defects. Email mhq@shopmachete.com with photos and your order number to start a warranty claim.

I love these clips! I just received them today. They seem very well-made and I’m super happy with the colors. I ordered three. Really my only complaint is the packaging. Three little clips each came in their own little plastic branded zip-lock and its own little two piece branded carton and all three came and one shoebox sized box. That is a heck of a lot of packaging. There’s gotta be a better way?!
