How do I resize my watch band?
Watch Bands must be sized at your local jeweler. If you know your wrist size you may leave a request for MACHETE to resize it for you prior to shipping. Watches that have been customized or resized are FINAL SALE and may only be eligible for repair or replacement.
Where can I find my watch's water resistance?
Each MACHETE Watch has the water resistance engraved on the watch case back. You may also refer to the original product page located on our website.
How do I care for my MACHETE watch?
Replace the battery at least every two years. Dead or low batteries left in a watch may leak and destroy the movement of your watch. If you have a water resistant watch, know that the water resistance is attained using rubber or plastic seals which will deteriorate under normal conditions and reduce the water resistance of your watch. These seals should be checked by an authorized jeweler at least every two years to ensure the rated water resistancy. Do not expose your watch to extreme temperatures (over 60°C or 140°F, under -10°C or 14°F).
