Our Watch Bands are made to fit all people of all sizes. See below for options on how to make it a perfect fit!

Too Big - Take your Watch Band to a local jeweler to have it perfectly sized for you! Many times your local jeweler will offer this service complimentary and usually only takes a few minutes. Plus you get to look at all of the beautiful things on display while you wait! Or we have a tutorial on how to resize your watch band at home in the YouTube video BELOW. 

Too Small - Need extra links? NO PROBLEM! Click HERE to submit a request for extra links at no cost to you! Just fill in the info we need and we will process your request within 2 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). 

The side of the connector is not flush with my watch.

Double-check the size of your Tech Watch face. The normal sizing is either 38/40/41 or 42/44/45. If you ordered the wrong size request a complimentary exchange HERE.

I attached my Watch Band to my Tech Watch but it is either sticking, sliding out, or not attaching correctly. Is there a way to troubleshoot this or is my Watch Band defective?

If you are having issues with your Watch Band not connecting properly to your Tech Watch please check to make sure it is not upside down or flipped over. The MACHETE logo should be facing the outside and you should be able to read the logo when wearing the watch band. If you believe you've received a defective Watch Band, please request a complimentary exchange HERE.

My Watch Band broke and I need a replacement!

Not to worry! We offer a one-time, 1-year (365 day) warranty on our Tech Bands! To EXCHANGE your DEFECTIVE or BROKEN Watch Band please send your request for a replacement HERE. We will send you a complimentary, pre-paid return label. Once we've received your package we will email you with a tracking number with your replacement band. *Don't forget to request extra links if you need them!

I would like to EXCHANGE/RETURN my Watch Band. It just isn't my style.
