I love a good claw for my hair… They look more pulled together than a scrunchi and more interesting than just a plain elastic. Machete claws are the best I have. The stromanthe colorway is very unusual, as well. It looks great with black (which is most of my wardrobe) but also with cream, grey, and most browns. It’s very versatile and striking. If you’re on the fence about these claws, just buy one already. It will last you forever and will instantly update your hairdo. I’m buying them as gifts for my coworkers this holiday season.

I have never been a fan of hair elastics or scrunchies and, instead, have gravitated toward something more refined. Options were pretty limited for what I desired, to be honest. I had a claw from J.Crew for years but it wasn't the best quality. Machete is several steps above what you will find there...and leaps and bounds over what you will find at, say, Target. I plan on buying a few others for holiday gifts.
