Pilates requires mindful body awareness and mental focus to perform correctly, taking you out of your day and into your body. The 50 minute break can not only help provide a stress release but also help the clients connect deeper to their breath, providing ongoing support to their mental health.
We love bicycle crunches, plank variations with alternating knee taps and side lying glute work!

My go-to stress release, if not working out, is a glass of water with higher dose detox drops before heading into my red light sauna and listening to the daily mediation from the Open app with my phone on do not disturb.
