Jewelry Care & Repairs:

 

 

When will my order ship?

Each piece is delicate and handmade. Please keep dry and do not wear while swimming or showering. Italian acetate may break if dropped. We offer free lifetime repairs for all Machete jewelry no matter where it was purchased. For a repair, please mail your product to: Machete 1059 Triad Ct Suite 5 Marietta, Georgia 30062. Please allow 10-14 days for your repair to be fixed and returned. Please include your return shipment information. We are not responsible for lost jewelry shipments sent to our studio.

 

Orders ship within 2-3 business days (Monday through Friday). Priority mail orders ship the same business day if placed before 4pm. Some Priority mail orders may take 3 business days to arrive.  Otherwise, the next business day. International packages may take up to 10-14 business days to arrive after clearing customs, on rare occasions longer.

Where can I find my order information?

If you did not receive a tracking number, it may have ended up in your spam folder. If you believe you may have entered your email address incorrectly, please notify us by email at hello@shopmachete.com.

Why do I have to pay customs fees?

 

FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS WITHIN THE U.S.A. : Unworn/unused returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase date. Item must be in original packaging. A $5 processing fee will be deducted from your return. Returns MUST BE MAILED within 3 days of return label issuance. To make a return click here.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We currently do not support returns outside of the US.

 

Our small team likes to be as accessible as possible, and online support translates best for our web-based shop. This makes it possible for us to keep our overall pricing down while keeping a high standard of customer care. A customer service rep will return your message Monday through Friday within 1-02 business days.

 

 

 

We understand things happen. If you've found that your package has been returned due to an incorrect mailing address, please contact us immediately at hello@shopmachete.com and we will assist you in making sure your package reaches you as soon as possible. Unclaimed, returned packages will incur a $5 processing fee ONLY if the package is refused by the buyer, or a refund is issued because of non-delivery.

 

We currently do not support prepaid VAT taxes. If you live in a country that incurs VAT, the buyer is solely responsible for those fees. If a package is returned due to unpaid VAT fees, the package will be refunded minus a $5 processing fee, and shipping costs.
