Jewelry Care & Repairs

Each piece is delicate and handmade. Please keep dry and do not wear while swimming or showering. Italian acetate may break if dropped.

We offer free lifetime repairs for all Machete jewelry no matter where it was purchased. Please allow 10-14 days for your repair to be fixed and returned. We are not responsible for lost jewelry shipments sent to our studio.

U.S. Domestic Shipping Info

Orders are shipped first class. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday).

Priority mail orders ship the same business day if placed before 4 PM. To request priority shipping, please contact MHQ@shopmachete.com. Priority mail is a surcharge of $15.

International Shipping Info

International packages may take up to 10-14 business days to arrive after clearing customs, on rare occasions longer.

Why do I have to pay customs fees?

We currently do not support prepaid VAT taxes. If you live in a country that incurs VAT, the buyer is solely responsible for those fees. If a package is returned due to unpaid VAT fees, the package will be refunded minus a $5 processing fee, and shipping costs.

Where can I find my order information?

If you did not receive a tracking number, it may have ended up in your spam folder. If you believe you may have entered your email address incorrectly, please notify us by email at MHQ@shopmachete.com.

You may contact us at MHQ@shopmachete.com for a status update. Please allow 1 business day (Monday-Friday) for us to reach you regarding your request.

How do I return my purchase?

FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS WITHIN THE USA: Unworn/unused returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase date. Item must be in original packaging. A $5 processing fee will be deducted from your return.

My package says delievered but I never recieved it?

Unfortunately, we do not have control over packages once they are processed into the mail delievery system. If after a 3-5 days, your package still does not arrive and you would like a replacement, please reach out to mhq@shopmachete.com. Refunds are not offered on misplaced delievered packages.

Why don't you have a customer service number?

Our small team likes to be as accessible as possible and online support translates best for our web-based shop. This makes it possible for us to keep our overall pricing down while keeping a high standard of customer care. A customer service rep will return your message Monday-Friday within 1-2 business days.

What if I've entered an invalid address and my purchase is returned?

We understand things happen. If you've found that your package has been returned due to an incorrect mailing address, please contact us immediately at MHQ@shopmachete.com and we will assist you in making sure your package reaches you as soon as possible. Unclaimed, returned packages will incur a $5 processing fee ONLY if the package is refused by the buyer, or a refund is issued because of non-delivery.
